Why did I not receive a card? We don’t send out physical membership cards. You will receive your membership number which serves as a virtual card via sms. If you did not receive it then please contact us and we will gladly resend. If you are “card savvy” and would like to show off to your friends and colleagues and would like us to post you a membership card you can request this. We will gladly oblige!

How does GetSmartCard work? We have 5 major benefits starting with the 9 categories on our homepage. Simply Click on the category, then on the voucher you would like to redeem and follow the instructions. Most vouchers are cash redemption and a till slip will need to be sent via email or via whatsapp. Others are freebies that will need to be redeemed via our customer service centre. If you’re still confused, one of our friendly customer service consultants will gladly help you. Our second major benefit is our discounts finder service and restaurant concierge service. We have a team of discount hunters that will gladly tailor make your experience with us. You can request discounts from companies not currently listed on our website and we will find them for you! Our third major benefit is our 10% club where you get a standard 10% discount on all services listed. Fourth is our free monthly gift vouchers. As an added benefit members can claim one of 12 free vouchers per month! Our fifth major benefit is our information centre. As part of our services is to give you information to freebies, vouchers and coupons online, we list the best websites to get discounts and coupons in SA under our Buy Vouchers tab. These coupons, vouchers or deals NEEDS to be downloaded or purchased from the respective websites and has no affiliation to GetSmartCard. You can also buy vouchers from our online voucher store by clicking on the ‘Buy Vouchers’ tab.

Why have I not received any vouchers? The way GetSmartCard works is, you don’t have to wait to get vouchers from us. All you have to do is visit our website to see what’s on offer for you. Each special offer, freebie, cash value voucher, discount, or 10% club deal is linked to an instruction which enables you to redeem the value of the deal.

I’m not happy with the vouchers available on the website.  At GetSmartCard, we’re constantly sourcing new and exciting deals so that our members get real, usable, measurable value and can live, work and play for less. That is why we have developed a Discounts Finder benefit. You contact us with businesses in your area you would like us to approach on your behalf to find you discounts.

Why are you debiting my account? I never agreed to become a GetSmartCard member. Oh no. Really? WE would never debit you without your consent, but it’s possible that, when you provided your account details and agreed to our sales declaration, you didn’t realize this was a debit order agreement with us. If this is the case, please call 087 890 00 55 or email us on info@getsmartcard.co.za and we’ll do our best to sort it all out for you.

I would like to cancel my membership. What a pity! We’d really like to keep you on board, because we know how much real value there is in our incredible offers. Are you leveraging all of the opportunities to save? Have a look at our unlimited voucher deals or call us to find vouchers and discounts relevant to you. If you still want to cancel, that’s absolutely fine too. Here’s what to do: Email your cancellation letter to info@getsmartcard.co.za and one of our customer service consultants will make contact with you to proceed with the cancellation process, or call us on 087 890 00 55.
